2nd December 2018 - Young Person's Forum Biggar High School Students At their Open Day on December 4th, President Alastair Pate welcomed a large turnout of members and friends to their annual Young People's Forum. Biggar High School captains Harry Low and Sarah Denholm along with vice-captains Jack Green and Julia bell delivered talks ranging from their involvement with School activities to their hopes for their future studies and careers. There followed a stimulating question and answer session with some very honest observations from both the speakers and the audience. the school team was warmly thanked for their contribution to what has become one of the highlights of the Probus year. The next club meeting will be on Tuesday December 18th when Bob Gardiner will speak on 'The Borders Railway'.
